It seems unavoidable, but there are steps you can take to fix it. As seen in the video, the appearance of the new rollers compared to the old ones is significant. In replacing the rollers, be very cautious of your safety. Be sure to disconnect the door from the opening system. You can use pliers to slightly bend the track in order to get the door rollers off of it. Using a wedge, you can stop the door and swap the old rollers for the new fairly easily. You will want to do this for each roller. Using this video as a guide will be extremely helpful if you need to do this on your own.
